Hello Lovelies.
WOW! I knew the year 2014 would be a year of change for me but I wasn't expecting things to change so suddenly and amazing changes happening too.!
If you read my last post you know the year started off with me and my long term boyfriend splitting up. Although initially it was hard I have really come into my own since. My goal was to really enjoy life and spend as much time with friends and family as possible, say yes to as many things as I could and get life experience.
I can honestly say I never thought changes would happen so quickly especially within my career. For the past 4 years I have worked along side DermaQuest, DermaPure and Youngblood products. They are absolutely amazing and it's no secret how much I love the company as I tell everyone even in my current employment who doesn't stock it. I have been lucky enough that for the past three years I have gone down to London to help the Dermapure team out with the ProBeauty event hosted at ExCel. I always have a ball and it's been great to get to know all the team and the other side to the company.
Last Wednesday I woke up to a voicemail from my local rep asking me to ring her, I did so and after I rang the CEO of the company to be told that the Northern Rep had handed her notice in and the job was mine if I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can imagine my excitement and after listening to what the job entailed I accepted.
My whole career has been working up to this, my goal was always to have my own business or work for a brilliant company. Seen as tho I've had my own business and hated it this was my next target. I can't wait to start although a little nervous!
I believe life only throws at your what you can handle....and with my new mind set and lease for life i'm looking forward to the challenges it will bring, the experience and the next chapter of my life!
"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams and life the life you imagined"
Love to all

ProBeauty - London!
Hey guys,
First and foremost I apologise for the lack of posts recently....had some crazy shit going on...but I am back.
Todays post is going to be about Pro Beauty at ExCel in London. It was the 23rd and 24th of Feb this year and was even bigger than usual.
I am very honoured to be asked to join the Dermapure team yet again. It's always absolutely shattering but soooo much fun. This year we were only showcasing Youngblood Mineral Make-up as DermaQuest skin care in undergoing some huge changes. It was so much fun to be a make up artist for the weekend. For anyone who hasn't been the first day is for managers and owners only the second day is for students and other people to come and have a look. Here are some of the photos from the weekend.
I had to come out of the underground at Tower Hill and swap for the DLR I thought it looked beautiful all lit up so took the opportunity to take a photo.
These are the photos of the stand we had. We had loads of compliments from people saying how lovely it looked.
This was the team with Pauline Youngblood the founder of the company. She is a nurse and after skin peels and laser treatments you can't put make up on for 24 hours. She lives in LA which nowadays is all lunchtime procedures, she created the mineral make up so clients could have procedures and still put make up on straight afterwards without it affecting their skin or having adverse reactions.
This is Kat one of my colleagues with Pauline Youngblood and Phillip Luque a make up artist from LA who works for the company. He came over to do demonstrations.
With ProBeauty covering everything from machines, make up, tans, nails, aesthetics there's always a celeb there to aunch a new product. This year I got to meet Amy Childs and Vicky Pattinson. Both ladies were lovely. Shame the photos were at the end of the weekend and I look shattered,
All in all it was an amazing weekend and we did so well. I'm looking forward to hopefully being there next year. I have more information on Youngblood coming if any of you have any questions.
Love to all

Exciting Update =)
Hey Guys,
Just an update on my life and some cool news. Two years ago when i started my own business i was asked by the Skin care company DermaQuest to go work for them down in London for the Professional Beauty trades show at ExCel. I loved every minute of it. The Sunday is for trade only and the monday is for students and open public. People like Katie Price aka Jordan were there along with others such as Amy Childs. I was on products and had great fun chatting to potential clients about the products and the company. The company specializes in skin peels and advanced skin care which i'm really passionate about - so to ask me to come and talk to people about it all weekend YES PLEASE =)
I was very honoured to be asked to return last year - the stand was even bigger with more products, new science and technology within their products, the weekend is always tiring but it's an absolute blast.
You can imagine my excitement when i received a phone call on Wednesday asking me to return again this year. As there are thousands of beauticians in the industry for you to be chosen by a CEO to join a company and work for them is a massive compliment. So this February i'm going back down to the good ol Capitol London for the weekend. If any of you are going i hope to see you there, pop on over to the Youngblood and Dermaquest stand. I believe im on the Youngblood mineral make up stand this year - providing make overs and information on why mineral make up is the way forward. People like Kimberly Walsh use Youngblood.
I can't wait to learn lots of new things on this weekend and look forward to sharing my experience and new information on skin care with you guys.
If you have any questions you wish me to answer leave a comment below and i will. Here are a few photos from last year.
I'll keep you updated =)
